Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
