As a Regional Director, Commercial Mortgage Finance - GTR and Ontario North East ("ONE"), you will lead a team of Commercial Mortgage Associate Directors that specialize in providing commercial real estate financing and advisory services to BFS clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Commercial Mortgage Associate Directors in providing commercial real estate financing and advisory services to BFS clients.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BFS clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in commercial mortgage finance, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate financing and advisory services, with a deep understanding of BFS clients' needs.
