About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Softline Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical skills, and experience working with various systems and technologies.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs. This includes interacting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements, gathering and documenting business needs, and analyzing data to translate business requirements into specifications for technology solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience with a wide range of methods, tools, techniques, programming languages, and technologies. They will also have a deep understanding of systems design and development, programming concepts, and related methods, techniques, practices, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Experience:

  1. Integration of commercially available API design and implementation.
  2. Experience with Spring Framework, IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.x, JSP, React.
  3. Database experience: Oracle and Open Source DB.
  4. Hands-on experience with CSS.
  5. Experience with responsive development and HTML5.
  6. Deep understanding and experience with methods and principles coding for mobile devices.
  7. Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation (such as Google Analytics, Crystal Reports).
  8. Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancy levels.

Business Analyst Experience:

  1. Experience and actual deliverables with a Service-Oriented design related projects.
  2. Understanding of systems environments, business analysis, and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries' government services.
  3. Knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with appropriate public sector, industry, and international standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.

Project Experience:

  1. Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services.
  2. Exposure to Architectural documents for ACT and ARB.
  3. Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways.
Requirements

Must have:
