Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service team at Coffee Culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluate and improve processes to ensure consistency in food and service quality.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Compile and submit reports on performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success stories.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles within the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing role, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands. Regular standing, walking, and lifting may be required.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
