Job Description

At destinationone Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Aide to support our therapists in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will assist with administrative tasks, maintain a safe and organized treatment environment, and help patients with exercises and therapy activities as directed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment as directed by therapists.
  • Assist patients with exercises and therapy activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rehabilitation area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to therapists, providing valuable insights to inform care plans.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; certification in rehabilitation assistance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, prioritizing patient care and safety above all else.
  • Basic knowledge of rehabilitation practices is a plus, but not required.
