Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Support assigned clients with changes, new products, and services, as well as new programs.
  • Generate reports and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues with clients and present new initiatives to support the sales team.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1-3 years of account management experience.
  • College and/or University Degree.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Office.
