Virtual Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work in the office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Support assigned clients with changes, new products, and services, as well as new programs.
- Generate reports and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues with clients and present new initiatives to support the sales team.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1-3 years of account management experience.
- College and/or University Degree.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Superior working knowledge of MS Office.
