About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our Health practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the leadership and overall direction of account teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead account teams to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and programs
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare communications and marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
