About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our Health practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the leadership and overall direction of account teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead account teams to deliver strategic communications and marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that meet client objectives and exceed expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in communications marketing within the health sector
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced digital marketing experience, with a keen insight into leveraging digital channels for health communications
  • Knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment, with practical experience navigating PAAB, ASC, and other relevant guidelines
