Job Description
- Main Responsibilities:
- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for members and guests.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment in a timely manner to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Professional Certification: Possess relevant culinary certifications (e.g., Red Seal) and a strong understanding of food safety protocols.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
