Marketing Director Job Description

Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our fast-growing SaaS Big Data Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a marketing strategy to meet company goals and sharpen our competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Drive demand and lead generation activities to support revenue growth and performance metrics
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including organic LinkedIn campaigns, social media, email, and digital content creation
  • Manage the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager (Real Estate or SaaS marketing experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning, or related roles
  • Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies
  • Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies
  • First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent data fluency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A deep understanding of modern marketing practices and a strong point of view on aesthetics and brand
  • Experience and ability to manage agencies and vendors is required
