About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Dominion Masonry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our exterior masonry projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including repairing cracks and holes.
  • Painting: Brush and roller paint exterior surfaces, applying waterproofing cement or other materials as required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair painting equipment and tools.
  • Worksite Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Experience with brush and roller painting, and ability to operate equipment safely.
