Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at RRAN Electric and Automation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
