F & F Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and equipment operators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including estimating, purchasing, and accounting, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as construction management or a related trade.
  • Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work in a construction environment, including standing, walking, and lifting.
