Job Title: Customer Experience Manager, Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager, Development to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service responsibilities of development projects, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design choices and manage trades and service technicians.
- Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and back charges as required.
- Act as primary point of contact for owners, answering questions and ensuring expectations are met.
- Track project schedules and identify risks that may impact the budget and schedule.
- Provide procurement support relating to materials or equipment.
- Project budget reconciliation and creation of monthly construction reports.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- A valid driver's license.
