Executive Food Service Manager

Job Summary:
Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Food Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that we deliver exceptional quality and service to our customers.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a strong background in food service management, who has experience supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As an Executive Food Service Manager at Katch Seafood & Pizza Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
P< b>Budgeting and Financial Management:
As an Executive Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the budget for your department, including estimating costs, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
