Job Description
As a Food Service Operations Manager at SMOKE POUTINERIE, you will be responsible for supervising food preparation and service in our fast food outlet or concession. Your primary objective will be to manage staff, maintain quality control standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies from reliable vendors.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards, adhering to company protocols and industry regulations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
