Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and consult on Defined Contribution Group Retirement Savings Programs
  • Lead client relationships for small to medium-sized accounts, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Utilize strong technical investment knowledge and experience to provide high-quality advice and support
  • Manage routine client projects, ensuring all needs are met and projects proceed on schedule
  • Master technical concepts and make reasonable interpretations of their impact on clients, including explanations, presentations, and impact considerations
  • Coordinate resources on different projects to achieve client results and collaborate with other experienced team members

You will work with a diverse array of clients while collaborating with a dynamic team of colleagues, leading and contributing to the day-to-day delivery of defined contribution retirement plan services. You will also assist in marketing activities, participate in the development of new service offerings, and expand your skills through continued learning.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Defined Contribution Retirement Savings Plan consulting or a related field
  • Experience advising clients on ongoing investment monitoring, compliance with regulatory requirements, and changes in legislation
  • French/English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and/or internationally
  • Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a similar area of focus is an asset
