At Mercer Canada, we're seeking a seasoned expert to join our DC Retirement consulting team as a Senior Defined Contribution Investment Consultant. As the primary consultant for mid-sized to large-size clients, you'll lead efforts to design and improve their defined contribution plans, selecting and monitoring record keepers, investment options, fund managers, and ensuring sound plan management and governance.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in defined contribution plans, regulatory aspects, and core investment strategies to drive commercial success and expansion of Mercer's services. You'll work closely with clients and prospects to discuss financial wellness strategies, integrate ESG factors into their policies, and support them in selecting the appropriate investment structure and strategies.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in defined contribution plans as a plan sponsor, consultant, or relationship manager. Superior communication and project management skills are essential, as well as fluency in English and French.

In this role, you'll manage client-related assignments, ensure on-time delivery, and mentor junior-level staff.
