We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at STARFLEET CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets and furniture for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Custom Cabinets: Create detailed specifications for custom-made cabinets that maximize storage and meet our clients' needs.
  • Operate Woodworking Machines: Safely operate power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
  • Prepare and Finish Wood Surfaces: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
  • Supervise and Collaborate: Supervise other workers and collaborate with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in cabinetmaking and woodworking.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for transportation to and from job sites.
  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots: Steel-toed safety boots are required for on-site work.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
