About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at ASEES AMBAR JANITORIAL LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure they are following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work Environment: Work with minimal supervision and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
