About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at ASEES AMBAR JANITORIAL LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, ensuring a thorough cleaning of all areas.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly to prevent odors and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings to keep the facility looking its best.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of employees and visitors.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies as needed to maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate independence and self-motivation.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months to ensure safe access to the facility.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role.
