About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, as well as carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, steam cleaners, and upholstery cleaning equipment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
