Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso Reddi Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
