Jia Retail Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 3-4 people. Public transportation is available, and the work environment is dynamic and challenging.
