Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jia Retail Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer focus.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
