Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
