Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Frankie's Automotive & Body Shop. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, operating a tow truck, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Tow Truck Operations: Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract).
  • Skills: Judgement, organized, reliability, team player, hardworking, and patience.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced automotive repair shop, exposed to various weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with occasional exposure to hazardous materials.
