At Terrace Animal Hospital, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role. Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining a filing system, ordering supplies, and performing data entry. The successful candidate will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, as well as initiating and maintaining confidential medical files and records. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English.
