At GSI Electronics Inc, we're seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at PTx Trimble. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead human resource operations, including talent management, change management, training and development initiatives, and ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to enhance employee experience and retention
  • Maintain positive employee relations with both staff and management, mediate on issues, interpret policies and legislation, and assist in performance management
  • Help develop the performance measurement process to evaluate employee objective-setting and personal growth and how that relates to succession planning
  • Track and report on key HR metrics and analytics, manage and oversee Canadian payroll and group benefits

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of Human Resources Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated capability of driving constant change and company growth
