About the Role:

Riverside Natural Foods is seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Business Transformation & Technology team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes through a strategic capabilities and technology roadmap with an enterprise view.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an environment of partnership and collaboration with all other departments to assure the attainment of overall Company goals.
  • Liaise with the business function(s), BPO's and SAP Solution Owners to update a rolling 3-year capabilities roadmap anchored in business objectives and goals.
  • Manage SAP IT landscape by setting and managing the organization's SAP IT landscape in alignment with business transformations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing and future platforms.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction for end-to-end SAP architecture, guiding decisions based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive business transformation and efficiency through the development of leading practices/processes and tools.
  • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with key stakeholders, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurately understand the business requirements and mapping those to SAP business processes & solutions.
  • Develop proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to the key business partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with key business decision makers and end users to resolve issues.
  • Provide user support and deliver SAP training to client end-users on current and new functionality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP systems and their architecture.
  • Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes.
  • Experience leading and managing people.
  • Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
