Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

At ABS SafeCom Trucking Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise a team of transportation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Dispatch and Monitor: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on transportation operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop transportation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and SAP.
