About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Rate Me Contractors Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports, highlighting progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
