We are seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Kahlon Accounting & Tax Services Ltd. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: English.
