Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

EGADZ is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including employment standards, health and safety, and human rights.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee communications, including company-wide announcements and employee recognition programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
