We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our School Administrative Leadership Pool, which will be considered for future openings in Principal and Vice-Principal assignments at the elementary and secondary level.
About the RoleAs a member of our leadership pool, you will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles in our schools, shaping the educational experience for our students and contributing to the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff
- Develop and implement school improvement plans
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the community
- Collaborate with other leaders to achieve district goals
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to student-centered education, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for building a positive and inclusive school culture.
