School Administrative Leadership Pool Vice Principal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our School Administrative Leadership Pool. As a Vice Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal and other school leaders in providing a high-quality education to our students.
The Near North District School Board is a diverse and inclusive organization that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Our school district consists of 35 elementary, secondary, and alternative learning schools, serving over 9,600 students. We are proud to provide students with a range of educational experiences, including alternative and continuing education programs.
As a Vice Principal, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of school policies and programs, as well as providing guidance and support to teachers and staff. You will also be involved in leading school-wide initiatives and projects, and will work closely with the Principal and other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal and other school leaders in providing a high-quality education to students
- Develop and implement school policies and programs
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff
- Lead school-wide initiatives and projects
- Work closely with the Principal and other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
