About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Desk Agent at Alta Appliance Service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services and products.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, and quick learner.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
