Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Central Protection Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain accurate records, including client information, appointments, and work orders
- Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide directory assistance and relay messages as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic mail
