Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Truck It. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Team Support: Supervise and assist other team members as needed to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to improve productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
- Work Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a busy office environment.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
