Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing food inventory, including receiving and storing delivered items, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our strict sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment, responding to changing demands and priorities.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: 3+ years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Culinary Education: Culinary diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Professional Skills: Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills, with the ability to take direction and work calmly under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend 100% of the time standing, with a focus on maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the shift.
