Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and meet the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of customer service representatives to ensure that they meet their performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a noisy environment and will be required to stand for extended periods.
