Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager at Dee's Kitchen to lead our kitchen operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Job Summary:
The Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and culinary trends
- Manage inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food production
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
Requirements:
- Cook Trade Certification
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
