Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Archmill House Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Working Conditions:
