About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing global EHS strategies and ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement site-specific EHS strategies and programs to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead incident investigations and reporting for environmental issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Oversee the plant's sustainability program, driving initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices.
  4. Manage EHS training requirements, develop training courses, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Lead the clinic function, providing medical support to employees and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and FP&R initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in EHS or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and digital tools, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
