Senior Engineer, EHS

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Vietnam - My Phuoc Plant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing Global EHS Strategies in our facility, ensuring compliance with Local Laws and Colgate's Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site EHS strategy and coordinate the site EHS program in compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead all aspects of incident investigation and reporting for environmental issues.
- Own the plant Sustainability program, ensuring it aligns with Colgate's 2025 Sustainability & Social Impact Strategy.
- Ensure EHS training requirements compliance, management of the site's EHS eLearning system, and development of EHS related training courses.
- Lead the Clinic function, ensuring it is well-equipped and staffed to provide medical support to employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BSc. or MSc. Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management from a University or Safety License certified by government.
- 3-5 years EHS or related experience.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- Proficient computer and coding skills in Google Suites, digital tools.
