Job Title: Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability

As a Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability, you will be responsible for implementing Global EHS Strategies in your own facility, ensuring compliance with Local Laws and Colgate's Standards.

This includes the use of guidelines, self-assessments, inspections, training and other programs to enable the subsidiary to deliver consistent, outstanding EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement site EHS strategy and coordinate the site EHS program in compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Own the plant Sustainability program.
  • Ensure EHS training requirements compliance, management of the site's EHS eLearning system and development of EHS related training courses.
  • Lead the Clinic function, ensuring it is well-equipped and staffed to provide medical support to employees.
Requirements:
  • Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management from a University or Safety License certified by government.
  • English language proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficient computer and coding skills in Google Suites, digital tools.
