Job Title: Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, EHS & Sustainability to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for implementing global EHS strategies in our facilities, ensuring compliance with local laws and Colgate's standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing site EHS strategy and coordinating the site EHS program in compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading the plant Sustainability program.
  • Ensuring EHS training requirements compliance, management of the site's EHS eLearning system, and development of EHS-related training courses.
  • Leading the Clinic function, ensuring it is well-equipped and staffed to provide medical support to employees.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management, preferably with a university degree or safety license certified by government. Proficiency in English language and computer skills in Google Suites and digital tools is also required.
