We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Delivering Smile Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
SalaryThe salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
- Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Establish Work Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities such as data entry, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records.
- Coordinate Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare Reports and Manuals: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Train Staff: Train staff on new procedures and systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
