Job Summary

CNA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Actuarial Leadership to lead our actuarial team and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing actuarial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement actuarial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of actuaries to ensure the delivery of high-quality actuarial services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of actuarial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Provide actuarial expertise and guidance to business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
  • Appointed Actuary (OSFI Guideline No. E-15).
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of related work experience, with 10 years of management experience.
