About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Actuary to join our team at Aon, where you will play a key role in empowering results for our clients through innovative and effective solutions. As a Senior Vice President & Senior Actuary, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President & National Practice Leader and have direct reports, including entry to mid-level colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of actuaries undertaking work for insurance companies and Commercial Risk clients, providing leadership on product development and quality of work output.
  • Adhere to the quality control framework and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership for ongoing work and projects related to data management, rating manual development, fleet software tool delivery and enhancements, loss forecasting, accruals, self-insurance funds, ORSA, FCT, and cash flow analysis.
  • Collect and organize data in support of the insurance company consulting business.
  • Maintain effective relationships with staff members within the Aon network.
  • Maintain client relationships and participate in building new ones.
  • Execute on client services needs, both routine and unique.
  • Support the National Practice Leader with business development.

Requirements
  • FCAS certification.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
